Jefferson’s Ferry is a “Lifecare” CCRC, meaning our agreement includes a significant amount of health care in both the entrance fee and monthly service fees. In addition, our “Lifecare” agreement includes housing, residential services, amenities, as well as unlimited specified health-related services. As your health needs change, you can utilize our services and programs either on a temporary or permanent basis. Our lifestyle offers independent residential living for active adults and health care, should you need it, all on one site.

     At Jefferson's Ferry, you will have access to all the community has to offer such as an indoor swimming pool, library and computer center, café and pub, arts center, fitness center and a host of other activities and amenities. In addition, you will be guaranteed unlimited high quality, on-site assisted living and nursing care, if and when you ever need it.
 

     Since it is your home, you come and go as you please within a secure community of friends. Jefferson's Ferry will give you freedom from housekeeping, lawn care, home maintenance and other chores, allowing you the time to enjoy the things that are most important to you such as visiting friends, travel, hobbies and more. You have added peace of mind knowing that healthcare is available, when you need for as long as you need it.
 
     Our Lifecare Agreements are either 90% Refundable or Traditional Contracts. The 90% Refundable provides a minimum refund of 90% of the entrance fee. The Traditional Contract declines over four years with a refund of the Entrance Fee less 4% after 90 days, then less 2% per month of occupancy.
